The product came as described. I accidentally purchased the wrong item and the seller will not let me return the item. In fact, they won’t even tell me whether or not they accept returns. Their customer service is horrible. They drag on the communication only to tell me the reason they can not issue a return is because it ahs been half a month. When I have been communicating with them for half a month trying to issue a return.

Big recommendation for the product. Seller is very good and we had an amazing communication. Package was well secured with bubble wrap and it came really fast. Product is genuine Timemore and had QR code with serial number to check on the box. Only thing to consider is buying a plug adapter for your country.

The item managed to come in about 1,5 weeks to Europe so delivery was a big +. I haven’t managed to properly try the kettle yet, but everything seems great (both quality and build). I know it is mentioned in the product description, but if the shop managed to include EU/US plug with the item it would be an even better deal. Still, perfect conditions, delivery and quality. Thank you very much guys!
